Maryland High School Football – Rockville crushed by Damascus
September 14, 2018: Rockville, MD 20851In Friday’s league game, the Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD) football team smashed the host Rockville Rams (Rockville, MD), by a final score of 56-20.
The Hornets (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Magruder (Rockville, MD). The Colonels come into the Montgomery County 2A/3A game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Magruder was trounced by Blake (Silver Spring, MD), 32-0, in a league game.
The Rams now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wootton for a non-league game on Friday, September 21. Rockville will battle a Patriots team coming off a 22-12 league loss to Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 0-3.
